Eminem Comes Out As Gay In The Interview

Eminem admits he is gay in a very entertaining scene from the controversial new show ‘The Interview’.

Casually while being interviewed in The Interview Eminem (played by Eminem) tells celebrity interviewer David Skylark (James Franco), “When I say things about gay people and people think my lyrics are homophobic it is because I am gay.”

The Skylark gets him to approve what he just said, “Eminem, lets back it up a moment. You just said you were gay and I’m just curious what you meant by that exactly,”

“I am gay… I am a homosexual… I like men,” Eminem explains.

Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogan) is in disbelief. “Eminem just said he was gay … four times. That’s what the fuck just happened. Eminem’s gay on our show, Eminem’s queer on our show”.

The Interview is the provocative movie about a plot to kill North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.

After being withdrawn from cinemas because of threats of terrorist attacks, the movie did debut in selected cinemas across America on Boxing Day and went immediately to online downloads.

Eminem comes out as gay in this clip from lukewarm comedy, The Interview, parodying his own homophobic rap lyrics.

He jokes that the homophobia in his songs is because he’s gay. He tells co-star James Franco,

‘When I say things about gay people, or people think my lyrics are homophobic – it’s because I’m gay.’

Elsewhere, Eminem has claimed he isn’t homophobic, and has even performed his song ‘Stan’ with music legend and esteemed homosexual Elton John.

‘The real me [has] no issues with lgbtq+, straight, transgender, at all,’ he once told Rolling Stone, claiming his songs are part of a persona.

Though he has been accused of anti-gay rhetoric, Eminem has placed the blame on his distinct personas and claimed that he isn't homophobic by arguing that words enjoy "faggot" aren't being used in a homophobic way. In fact, in 2010 the rapp
