he was at a party and Elton was there. Elton came up and said to Mike, "I
have something for you!" and grabbed him. Mike said, "Ok...Elton John is
grabbing me." Elton said, "I have someone you have to meet" and David
walked up and said, "Hi Mike!". Mike said, "Hey, it's David Furnish! And
David looks like he's Elton John's huband." David said to him, "Bet you
didn't know in (whatever part of Canada they're from) that I was homosexual, did
you?" Mike kept referring to David as Elton's husband. Hmm....wonder if
they got married and we weren't invited to the wedding. :0)

I’ve spoken extensively at national and international conferences and to medical trainees about my personal and professional life as a physician living with a mental health condition.
It’s really my pleasure today to introduce my colleague and my friend, Dr. Michael Myers. Dr. Myers is professor in clinical psychiatry at the State University of Unused York Downstate Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn, New York. He’s a world-renowned specialist in physician health.
