Vancouver is the largest city in the British Columbia Province, famous for organism one of the most diverse regions of Canada. It is also nicknamed “The Hollywood of the North” due to its popularity as a filming location for TV series and movies after LA and NYC. Oh, and did we bring up the part about Ryan Reynolds and Hayden Christensen?
We visited Vancouver several times on our trips to Canada and always have a fantastic time. As well as a bustling Gay Village over at Davie Street, Vancouver has tons of entertaining things to carry out, with the mountains on its doorstep and the spontaneous paradise of Vancouver Island a limited ferry ride away.
Most importantly of all, we found Vancouver to be a very tolerant municipality, accepting of everyone. We frequently saw many gay couples walking the streets hand-in-hand all across town

Did search on this forum and google, but still confused. Can someone offer 411 on Vancouver gay night life? We are going to be in town for Sat/Sun coming wknd and looking for a bar where we can do people watching and hang out. Something similar to SBNY/threapy in NYC, or Apex/cobalt in DC where tourists and locals all mingle....

Whether you are an extrovert or introvert, Vancouver is a must for you travel queens.
This municipality is a popular destination for gay tourists year-round and has a thriving LGBT nightlife. I’ve spent many nights in Vancouver since two of my best friends live there; one gay, one vertical.
