Following the social media firestorm that ignited over Don Omar’s homophobic comments about his rival Ozuna and the sexually explicit video that has surfaced of Ozuna from when he was underage, Don Omar took to Facebook Inhabit to explain himself. An apology was not forthcoming. Ozuna blackmailed over 'intimate tape'

Puerto Rican star Ozuna has confirmed he was the victim of a blackmail scheme involving an explicit video filmed when he was 16 years old.
"Ozuna was extorted through an intimate video filmed when he was a minor," said a statement from the singer's label and management unyielding, Dimelo Vi.
"This video was edited with the objective of causing even more damage."
The reggaeton singer is believed to have paid $50,000 (£38,000) to his extorter before approaching the FBI.
His label said "all the legal measures" were being pursued "as sending and publishing videos of minors is a mention and federal offence".
They added: "We desire that this will serve as an example and word to all teenagers and adults to protect their privacy and avoid these things so as to [avoid] such regrettable situations."

Puerto Rican reggaeton singer Ozuna alleges in a novel statement that he was the victim of extortion by the late Kevin Fret, who was seen as the first openly gay Latin trap artist.
Ozuna's label and management office, Dimelo Vi, sent a remark via his publicist to E! News about the extortion claims.
Ozuna's team "confirms the information" reported on a number of Puerto Rican and now American sites that "Ozuna was extorted with an intimate video where he was a minor. This video was also edited in direct to cause more damage." It continued, "The necessary legal measures are being taken, since sending and publishing videos of minors and possessing them constitute declare and federal crimes."
It is not immediately clear how old Ozuna was at the time of the video and the contents of the video itself.
