Here at TVLine, we’ve always been big ‘shippers at heart. What can we say? We just love love.
So with another Parade Month officially in full swing, we thought we’d get stock of some LGBTQ+ TV couples currently demanding our attention — as well as our full support. And what a organization we’ve assembled this year, one that includes a pair of ghosts, a few vampires and, yes, even a handful of humans.
To be eligible for inclusion in our list, a couple needs to be from a live-action, scripted series that’s still airing recent episodes. We also limited ourselves to only one couple per show.
Read on for a breakdown of 13 Gay TV couples we’re currently rooting for, arranged alphabetically by show title, then drop a comment with your retain additions to the list. Which homosexual pairings currently contain your full attention?
Hen and Karen, 9-1-1
The very definition of #CoupleGoals (are people still saying that?), Hen and Karen have been an inspiration, both to the other couples on the display and to the viewers at dwelling, from the moment we met them in Season 1. They’ve had to fight

When I look around the TV landscape of recent years I feel quite happy that there are so many shows right now representing LGBTQIA+ people and issues, and that they are no longer just minor storylines of side characters but they’ve also get the center of attention. When I grew up the only show there was Queer As Folk and not much else in the decades after, so no matter if you liked it or not, it was a must-watch and emphasize for gay guys at the time.
To see a fully gay show as the first thing on the main page of the ARD Mediathek (German’s major public TV channel) felt really good today, I have to declare. I was half expecting they would hide it somewhere in the archive and you would have to hunt for it, but no, it’s adorable in your encounter. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think All You Need really is the first German TV exhibit exclusively dealing with gay men as the main characters and getting such a prime identify. And I reflect the show really deserves to be put in the limelight – it’s a great-looking present, with likable characters and a reliable
You know what they utter — April flowers transport May television shows with lesbian, bisexual and lgbtq+ women and/or trans characters. But do they? Adv, in May of 2025 I would actually state, “yeah, actually, they kinda do.” There’s a lot to be stoked about this month, so let’s get into it!

Netflix’s live-action (and English-language) adaptation of the manga series Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler finds a modern student Yumeko at a gambling-focused elite boarding educational facility full of evil children, intent on carrying out a secret mission. In its concluding season, this queer-inclusive animated series will see its kids “step into the harrowing unknown of the future, made less nervous of what’s to reach because they have each other.” Queer actor Cynthia Erivo joins the voice cast playing the role of “Missy’s Vagina.” Ayo Edebiri plays Missy. SO that will be neat!Prime Video&
Well my friends, it is June, which means it’s time for networks to prove how much they care about us through creating new LGBTQ+ programming, and I don’t mean just creating a “Voices of Pride” section on their primary interface that houses all the LGBTQ+ movies in their catalog as successfully as television they made and cancelled in the past.
Most importantly is that there will be a new season of The Ultimatum: Queer Love, and that will make everything else okay! Furthermore, I am recapping And Just Like That… so if you enjoy witty captions, be sure to check that out.
